Your photos

Photos you upload are stored only to process and deliver your results. They auto-delete after 30 days. You can delete everything immediately from Settings → ‘Delete all my photos now’, which wipes the stored files at once.

We never use your photos to train models. Not ours, not anyone else's. Ever.

What we collect

Account basics: your email and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile photo. Billing details are handled by our payment provider — we never see your full card number.

Usage data: which features you use and how many credits you spend, so we can run your account and improve the product.

The landing demo

The free photo on our homepage works without an account. That result is stored for 24 hours so you can download it, then deleted. We rate-limit the demo by IP and browser to prevent abuse.

Analytics and ads

We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand the funnel (visit, demo, signup, first enhancement). If you arrive from an ad, we may send a conversion event to that platform. You can opt out of non-essential tracking in your cookie settings.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time. Email support@vintyshot.com and we will action requests within 30 days, as required under GDPR.
