If a result isn't good enough to list, you shouldn't pay for it. Here's exactly how our guarantee works.
The redo guarantee
Not happy with an enhancement? Redo the same photo free, with a different style, up to three times within 24 hours. Redos never burn an extra credit.
Still not good enough after that? We credit it back. No questions, no form.
Subscription refunds
Cancel anytime in two clicks from Billing; you keep access until the end of the period. If something went wrong — a charge you didn't expect, a plan you never used — email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Top-up packs
Top-up credits never expire, so there's nothing to refund on a quiet month. If a top-up was bought in error and unused, contact us within 14 days for a refund.
How to claim
Email support@vintyshot.com from your account address. Most credit-backs are automatic in the app under the result; for anything else we reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
