Terms of Service

The service

VintyShot enhances photos you own the rights to and helps you draft listings. You are responsible for the items you sell and for following the rules of any marketplace you list on.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos of items you have the right to sell. Do not use VintyShot to misrepresent an item — hiding damage or changing an item's true colour breaks these terms and most marketplace rules.

Do not attempt to resell, scrape or abuse the service, or work around credit limits.

Credits and billing

Plans grant a monthly credit allowance. Unused credits roll over up to your plan's cap. One credit enhances one photo; redos of the same photo within 24 hours are free, up to three.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Top-up credits never expire.

Your content

You keep all rights to your photos and the results. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process and store them while delivering the service.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features as the product evolves.

Liability

VintyShot is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
